The ARFID-a-saurus - Paperback

The ARFID-a-saurus is a children's rhyming story about ARFID - Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder.  

It is about a little boy with ARFID and a friendly dinosaur.  Who learns why it is so hard for the little boy to eat and how he can support him.

The story was inspired by my lived experience with my son Rafferty and our ARFID journey.

I hope it brings some hope and positivity to your journey.

The book is due to be published in August-September 2026.
